A desktop app for Melee skins. It installs them into your game and edits textures, and you see the change on the model right away.

Making Melee skins right now means a lot of exporting, importing, and booting the game to check your work. I want that loop to be instant.
It's built on gpui-ce and wgpu, and it decodes and re-encodes GameCube texture formats fast enough to edit live. CMPR encoding was stuck around 25fps until I parallelized it, and now it holds 120.
It lives in texturesgg/texturesgg with the parser, the renderer, and the GameCube texture codec it uses.
