Superbloom
My homelab, all declared in git. NixOS on the machines, ArgoCD for everything else, and Hermes, an agent that keeps it running and messages me on Discord.

Superbloom is a Ryzen box with a ZFS pool for storage and media, plus a DGX Spark for running models with KServe and vLLM. They're connected over Tailscale.
Everything is declarative. NixOS configures the machines, Flux bootstraps ArgoCD, and ArgoCD runs the rest: media, monitoring, auth, model serving, and a Minecraft server.
Hermes is the agent that watches all of it. It checks cluster health, manages models, handles alerts, and messages me on Discord. The log above is a simulation of what that loop looks like.
